Thanksgiving....

was good. Went to L.A., saw some of my aunts and uncles, saw some of my cousins, you know, the usual. It was fun, but I didn't get to see Nga, 'cause she stayed home and studied instead of going to our grandparents house. Oh well. Talked to Chan, Anh and Richard..... it's seems like forever since we've hung out...but then again, we (my sis and I) only see them on Thanksgiving.

Anyways, Chan's on vacation -- she goes to a year round school, and Anh is in school ~ 7th grade. Chan's in 11th. And Nga, I assume, is in school still, not on vacation. She's in college -- 2nd year, I believe. And Richard's in 5th.

I played with the babies, as usual. They ALL love me. All babies do. ^_~ And that's the truth. And I don't know their names, as usual. LOL! I can imagine myself years from now... going over there and visiting, and saying "Hey you!" 'cause I don't know their names. =P But then, I don't really know my uncles' and aunts' names either. ^_~

Oh yea, one of my uncles (don't know how to spell his name and don't know his English name....) was gonna give Chan his car. I forgot what kind... -_- Anyways, her mom wouldn't let her have it. But she got to take it on a test drive, before she asked her mom. She said she was good (doesn't have her lisence yet), but she was probalby lying. LOL.

And "Johnny", if that truely IS his name (I think it's Nam.... not sure though, 'cause one of the others could be Nam. LOL! There's so many of them!), was messing with us as usual. He's funny and cool.

It rained here yesterday, but I didn't get to see it. =\ It didn't really rain up there. Only at night, when we were driving home. But it rained today. ^_^ I love the rain.

Today... what can I say... my parents bought another computer... which would be the one I'm typing this on. My old one -- the one that I was bitching about, that is -- isn't working, and my dad said he'd get it fixed. He better. All my music and stuff is on there! And how am I suppose to update my website?! And all my old e-mails.... I needed to reply to them! *sigh* They said that this comp was my birthday present... Whatever.

We rented some movies today.... Spider-man, The Fellowship of the Rings, Tenchi in Love (my brother wanted that movie, of all people. LOL), The Slayers (the one with Naga -- I think), and Anastasia (sp?) (because my sis and I heard "Once Upon a December" on T.V. today, and got the urge to watch it. LOL.). My sister and I wanted to get Gen-Y-Cops too, but my mom wouldn't let us. "What if your dad doesn't want you to watch this" she said -- in Chinese of course. *rolls eyes* I mean, what was the problem? We ALWAYS watch movies like that (Chinese movies with guns and shit), so I don't see the problem. I really wanted to watch it too! I mean, Edison Chen is in it! *sigh* Oh well.

HOMEWORK!

Thunder and Lighting

Yea! There's thunder and lightning right now! ^___^ I love both of those things!! I probably shouldn't though --

OMG! There was a REALLY REALLY BRIGHT!! COOL!

Anyways, as I was saying... I shouldn't like it though, because my sis and I (along with a couple other people) were almost struck by the lightning!!! Seriously! We were going to somebody's house, to walk with them to school (kinda stupid, but whatever). It was raining kinda hard, but we went anyway. After we were dropped off, we went down the hill, (with Cynthia of course) and stopped before we got all the way down. We were standing there, and watching the lightning and thunder..... it was getting louder, but it was cool! And then, some of the people from school came up the hill. We were walking back with them, when BOOM!! The thunder roared and then, lightning strike about 15 feet away from us! I'm DEAD serious about this! And we started running. I mean, would YOU stay if the thunder was like a stereo set at its loudest volume, and the lightning was on your heels?! I didn't THINK so!

Another really bright one! *a glazed look comes upon my face* WOW! Another one! COOL!

Ahem... as I was saying... the next thing we knew, the thunder and lightning boomed and danced again. We ran all the way to the school, and by then, we were SOAKED!! I mean, literary!! Drenched from head to toe! The next day, we find out that this one car (which I was the nearest to, when we were running), was struck by the lightning. And I know that it would've gotten us, 'cause that was the last thunder and lightning on that day... Hmmm... could've been a bad omen..... Oh well.

So yea, we were almost struck. But I still love the lighting and thunder.

I need to get started on my homework.... ;_; That and shower....

Another bright lightning came. And now it's raining harder! Awesome! I absoloutely LOVE this kind of weather! Too bad it's messing with my internet connection.... Damn! I can't post until the connection comes back on. *sigh* Life's always like that.
