DONE FOR THE QUARTER! I'm glad this quarter is finally over and that I'm home because I seriously need a break from school life, lol.

1. I had my CRP final yesterday and I was kind of freaking out about it except my freaking out eventually turned into "I don't fucking care anymore", but in the end, it wasn't all that bad. It only took me an hour to finish (though ~1/3 of the class finished before me), but I'm pretty sure it was an A- or a B+ because I'm pretty confident about everything I answered. I did have to skip, like, 2.5 questions because I didn't study those things at all, lol. Anyway, the night before I was sort-of studying and then I decided to take a study break to calculate out my grade for the class because I'm one of those people, okay? So I was looking through my scores and feeling super depressed because I know I haven't been taking that class seriously and my assignment grades were just meeh and I still hadn't gotten my midterm back from way back when, so when I was calculating, I had to assume the worst and put that score down as a 70%(because that's how bad I felt I did) and then I was all sad because it was like how you kinda know something bad, but then finding out for sure that it was. -_- And that probably brought on my "I don't care anymore"-ness, lol. Anyway, I got my midterm back after turning in my final and my midterm grade was slightly better at 83.5%, but still not good enough to get me up to an A in the class, so I'm pretty resigned. ;_; This will ruin my A-streak in all my CRP classes -- it's was like my do-good niche, but not so anymore. =/ Anyway, I hope I get an A in my other CRP class to make up for this disappointment, but who knows -- my term paper was kind of ridiculously blah, so it might be a B also. ;_;



2. Got a ride home yesterday after my final! I was kind of resigned to taking the train today, but on Wednesday night, I found a ride, so awesome sauce! Anyway, we were suppose to leave at 4PM, but she was running late, so we didn't leave until a little before 5PM, but OMG, there was like, NO TRAFFIC! I mean, there was a lot of fog on the drive, but the roads were so clear that we made it to SD by 9PM! Seriously, it's a five hour drive to Carlsbad (which is where I was getting a ride to) and we made it in four! Anyway, aznearthdragon and Sam (her boyfriend) picked me up and then we went to get aznearthdragon's car to go home, but during the ride there, Like a G6 came on the radio (as it usually does) and then we got to talking about The Cataracs and then when we got to the parking lot, we ended up sitting in Sam's car for, like, an hour watching/listening to The Cataracs and Dev on YouTube, LOLOL. I'm sure we would have looked super ridiculous if anyone drove by and saw us because we were just sitting in a car bumping dance music. Anyway, have my favorite Cataracs f/ Dev song:
   


3. OMG, why did I not know that JJ Lin had a new album coming out? And that it came out on Tuesday?! I downloaded it earlier (after lots of failed attempts because MU hates me) and it's covers of songs that he wrote for people, but I actually only know, like, three of the songs on the album, so it's pretty much new to me, haha. Anyway, he apparently had an album out last year around this time too! Seriously, where was I when this happened? I'm so bad at keeping track of new music, lol.



4. I'm having a birthday dinner with some friends on Sunday. =) We're going to Truluck's -- it looks like it's kind of expensive, but whatever. Hopefully it's worth it, LOLOL. XP



5. I just bought my tickets for New York! I'm pretty excited -- it'll be so awesome. XD I just emailed the class my itinerary (hopefully it went through because I didn't get it in my email ;_;), so I hope someone who has a car will book the same flight or else I will be super stressed trying to find a ride down to LAX.

1. Last night, aznearthdragon posted the most LOL spelling of her name EVER. Can someone please explain to me how you can possibly butcher "Tiffany"? Because it's such a common name, IDEK what to think!



2. Midterm today! It was pretty bad, I have to say. =/ There were, like, five questions on mitigation and adaptation and I didn't really remember anything from the readings or lectures about the process, so I totally made a bunch of stuff up based on what I know about mitigation and adaptation in general. Hopefully I get some partial credit anyway, even though I probably messed it up really bad. x_x I'm thinking it'll probably be a medium or low B, possibly a C if I was super off in my mitigation/adaptation essay, lol. BLEH!



3. After that lameness, I worked on Vellum today! I spent, like, an hour planning what I was gonna cut and how and all that, then I finally went to the shop and of course there is only one table saw! Seriously, we have to pay the freakin' $25 fee to use the shop and then they're not even going to fix the 2-3 other table saws they have when they know all the fifth years are needing the shop to work on their Vellum projects! >O So frustrating! I kept having to wait forever because I brought my wood down in so many separate trips (since I am unable to carry them all down by myself, you know), so it was like, I make it to the table saw, I cut a little, then I have to give it up because I need to get more material. =/ (Seriously, the amount of waiting time definitely exceeded the amount of cutting time. Also, workout carrying stupid MDF back and forth from the studio to the shop, LOL!) Anyway, after a bazillion years at the shop, I have cut all my interior shelf pieces! YAY! XD Now I only have three more pieces to cut (two side panels and the back board) that I'll do tomorrow. Then after that, I'll probably be laying out the back board piece and drilling a million holes. My goal is to get all the holes drilled by the end of Monday (hopefully) so I can begin the long and tedious process of assembling next week, haha.

   And yes, this is my desk area in studio. Notice the stack of airport planning books that I yet to read and the random crap around my desk and the chalkboard behind my desk. XP It's actually pretty clean around my desk right now because I haven't done much in studio yet! XP Also notice the three chairs I have at my desk! I wasn't lying about being a chair horder, LOL.

Now I am going to eat because I have been starved today! mMm, food! Then I have to write my thesis abstract...

I had a Physics test yesterday.... I knew I'd do bad! I got a 53% on it..... *sigh* That's an F! ;_; But the good thing (or bad if you think about) is that the highest grade was a 79%. Ah.... and the person who got that is an IDIOT anywayz. *sigh* Whatever.

Gotta go. Homework, you know.

Happy Halloween. I wish I knew what trick or treating was like.... I wanna go (it'd be my first time, and I'm already in high school), or I'd wanna go to a party, but atlas, I can't. Parents... *sigh*

Well, the high school placement test was easy... I hope it's easy on Monday too.

Tomorrow is the Harbor Cruise! Gotta be there at 5:00.

Ummmm.... only one more week of school!!! SOOOO happy about that!

Well, we took the Star Language Arts SAT 9 test today. We had "unlimited" time for only 35 problems. And it was SOOOOO EASY! *sigh* But tomorrow and thursday we are taking the Star Math test... And that means the Algebra test! AHHHH!!! And someone in one of my classes says that we are taking the Golden State Exam next Wednesday and Thursday! OMG!! I dunno if it's true, but I hope not!! I mean, GOD! TOO MANY TESTS!!

'Nyways, Civil War Research Report... due next Tuesday.... My topic, the CSS H.L. Hunley. For those peepz who don't know what it is ( don't worry, I didn't either =P ), it's a submarine. So, yea. Now, I gotta get more notes and start the fucking outline... *sigh* Life sucks, doesn't it?

Now, for the other "fun" stuff... 'member the Freak the Mighty project? Well, I dunno if I told ya, but we had 3 peepz in my group: Me, Gizeth, and Guy (yes, that is his name). Anywayz, we (Gizeth and me) kicked Guy out of our group 'cause he wasn't doing anything. So, it was Monday (yesterday), and we're suppose to bring everything to get it together, and Guy still thinks he's in our group, and I STILL dunno how he kept that idea since Gizeth CLEARLY told him (to his face, mind you) that HE WASN'T IN OUR GROUP. And so he tells the teach on us, 'cause "we kicked him out". So we had to talk to the teacher, and explain WHY we kicked him out. We were all, 'He didn't do ANY work!' and 'He wouldn't even sit with us to work on the project in class' and crap like that. She, the teach, made us go outside and "discuss" the situation, 'cause Guy supposibly (is that how it's spelled?) did his part of the work. So we go outside, and he only has ONE part of his work, and it wasn't EVEN typed, which was a requirement! And then he tells us that he has the rest on a disk, WHICH he LEFT at HOME! How stupid can you get?! GOD!! And then he tells us, "I only have one more thing to do." What the FUCK?! Everyone was suppose to have the things ready THAT day so the groups could organize all the papers! So we read the stupid thing he has, which in my opinion SUCKED, and I tell him, "it doesn't make sense". And let me tell you, it made NO SENSE what-so-ever! His was TOTALLY inferior to mine. ^_~ 'Nyways, we go back in and tell the teach that he didn't have all his stuff and we weren't going to look for him the next day so we could fix it up and crap like that. We all decided he could bring his stuff tomorrow... So tomorrow rolls around --- and if you forgot, tomorrow is now currently today --- and he give ME his stuff! And I was like "You have to give this to Gizeth" 'cause we told him she was organizing it, and he all tells me he doesn't know where she was (mind you this was right before the SAT 9 started) and I was thinking, 'WTF?! We just told you YESTERDAY'. So I take the stuff and give it to Gizeth later. Next thing you know, everything is OUT OF ORDER!! We already had the fucking pages numbered ('cause he had to make a new Table of Contents) and I had to come in after school to fix it, and he didn't even HELP!! GOD!! STUPID JACKASS!!

*takes deep breath* I'm better now... no more rants 'til later. ^_~


I'm listening to a song right now... I like this song. ^_^ It's called I Love You OK by Leon Lai. Of course, it's in Chinese and I can BARELY understand it, but whatever. =P "...I Love you OK!...I LOVE YOU!..." I was also listening to this other song, called You Are My Friend, also by Leon Lai. I like that song too. ^_^

Got to go do my homework now.

So we took the SAT 9 today. We did the Math: Procedures and Spelling sections. Tomorrow we are taking the Reading Comprehension (sp?) section of the test...

*sigh* Have I told you how absolutely boring the test is? I mean you sit there for and hour and a half, taking a test, and the teacher reads the same rules all the time. *sigh*

At least we didn't have to run the mile today... ^_^

Gotta do my homework right now...
