First Day of Mesa -- Health 101, Kearny Schedule

Today was the first day of Health 101 at Mesa... Left the house around 7:05 and got there around 7:20. Parked right by the park, and then walked the rest of the way. We got lost somehow and was just walking around the campus for like.. 15 minutes, lol. Then found the class and was just waiting until class started. XP

Class was boring. Went through the syllabus and the homework, then got released at 8:45. Went over to the bookstore to check the books and prices.. Health book? $70.70. OMFG! And it's a new edition, so can't get any older ones.. ;_;

The English books were about $40 each. I dun remember the titles, so I can't look it up. *sigh* So expensive.. ;_;

After that, walked back to the car and drove over to Kearny. Talked to Mr. Tran about our schedules.. Let's just say that mine had a lot of changes 'cause they put me down for Mesa as 4th period when it's suppose to be first. x_x So yeah.. I think I walked out of his office and back in about 3-4 times 'cause there were too many questions / mistakes / whatever.

The schedule as of now is...

First Semester
1 -- Mesa
2 -- Contemporary Voices
3 -- Engineeering
4 -- ROTC

Second Semester
1 -- Mesa
2 -- Government / Economics
3 -- [[Unfilled]] AP Calculus
4 -- Spanish 7-8


Okay, changes I know of now I'll have to talk to Tran about..
- Don't want Mesa second semester
- Want to change English to something else 'cause I'm taking English at Mesa ((I asked Tran about it on my.. 3rd? walk back into his office, and he said that there was only PE or RO at that time.. But I dunno.. Selassie will give me more info.))
- Don't want Spanish 7-8

Things I want to change but it seems I can't ATM...
- Don't want Engineering
- Want CAD and/or Construction
- Don't want RO as part of the schedule
- Want math first semester


Mr. Tran said that math ((higher than Pre-Cal level)) was like this...
- Discrete Math - 3rd period, first semester
- AP Calculus - 3rd period, second semester

I was thinking of maybe taking Discrete Math AND AP Cal, but then I wouldn't have any CTA electives.. But I think it's better than Engineering 'cause I hate that class and I hate Riego ((teacher)). I want Myers 'cause he'll be easy.. And CAD, but CAD is only 3rd period second semester and that has to be reserved for AP Cal! ARGH! I swear.. they hate me.


After I finished my last round of Tran-questioning, went home and ate. Then called Selassie and we talked about our schedules (I got hers for her) and talked about the senior pictures and stuff... She's gonna go talk to Mr. Tran about her schedule after her volleyball practice. She's also gonna ask about Construction and Senior Exhibition. After I get that info, Imma go to Mr. Tran and change my schedule again, lol. ^_^;; So many problems...
