House Seeing

remulaToday, we went house seeing. =O Yeah, lol. Anywayz.. Got up, got ready.. Ate breakfast then left. We were suppose to meet at the In-n-Out in Mira Mesa at 11:00. Got there, saw Dan. Waited, waited for Michael and his wife to come, 'cause they wanted to see houses with us. @_@ Anywayz.. Finally got there, then went to the first house.
The first house was in Mira Mesa. It looked SO ugly from the outside.. OMG, ewww, lol. But yeah.. not a pretty picture it paints when you first look at it. Anywayz.. It looked okay inside. Kinda small.. cramped stairway. Rooms were small, IMO. On the corner of the street, so it's probably noisy. Don't like.
The next house, also in Mira Mesa. Looked pretty nice. Very clean. The stairs are right there when you open the door, so that's not as cool, but yeah... Pretty big living and family room. The rooms are all upstairs. Ceilings kinda low. Rooms feel kinda small... The master bedroom has two big closets. @_@ Yeah... The only house my parents are even considering outta the lot we saw today. Price is high though.. $550,000 is the low.. So yeah..
Third house was in Racho Bernardo. It looked ugly. Inside was warm. Not too nice. Don't like. ((Can you tell I can't remember much? XP ))
Fourth house we walked to. Looked okay. Was okay. They added a room... Backyard was pretty nice. Good view of the mountains.
Next, went to Rancho Penasquitos. Two houses that we looked at. Both vacant. Both small and blahhh! No like, lol. Then went to another house there.. Big -- lots of additions.. Crappy though.![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
aznearthdragon was on the deck thingy.. but no one else was there with us at the time... So she went over the rail onto the roof, hahahhahahah! I was scared for her life! =O Scared that she'd fall! x_x
After that, went back to Mira Mesa and ate at Rubios. After that, went to see the house Michael just bought for Lilian. Didn't go in though. Looked okay. Then went back to the other cars -- dropped peepz off -- then went to check out the outside of the second house one more time, then left.
Went to Costco. Bought stuff. Then went home. The end.
