BLEH BLEH BLEHHH!

1. Last night, during my procrastination, I saw the video of Travie and Patrick performing on Leno and gosh, PATRICKKKK! ♥ The song is pretty catchy! And then I kind of went "uhhh, whattt" when Leno didn't even acknowledge him at the end, LOL, but maybe he just doesn't know who Patrick is?



2. I also listened to MCR's new single, My Only Hope For Me Is You last night (oh, the joys of procrastination!) and dude, why is the release date so far away?! I can't wait for their new album. ♥



3. I feel really iffy about my Abstract idea -- I mean, I came up with it last night when I was tired and kind of thinking about my Vellum project while I was working on my paper and then I was like, oh! A maze could work as an abstract way to describe the broad, overarching issue in my thesis project, which is circulation and how to move people efficiently through a space. And of course it was, like, 3AM in the morning (since I was wasting my time earlier in the night with things like those two links above, LOL), so obviously I thought it was brilliant because hey, linking my Vellum project to my thesis project -- so much win! But now I'm just feeling, like, guilty-ish? Because I kind of feel like I'm stealing this concept from myself and I dunno, I'm just all flustered by this now! ARGH! I mean, I vaguely described my idea to my roommate and she said that it depends on how I word the written stuff that goes with it, but that it doesn't feel like I'm trying hard enough. And I talked to one of my friends in studio about it when I was in there picking up some stuff from my desk and she was like, "As long as it doesn't look like the same thing, it should be okay" and I'm just like, I dunno. I'm kind of psyching myself out because I'm so worried that it might be too similar! GAH! And I'm just sitting here wasting my time debating on this when I should be working or coming up with a new idea. ;_; UGH, LIFE!

• Whatever, I will probably go with this idea anyway & I don't care how much of a stretch my idea is from my thesis b/c it's an ABSTRACT show. #
• It can't be any worse than all the super abstract stuff that will be there, LOLOL. #

• On the other hand, I have to print if I make a poster. Decisions, decisions… #
• Also, my idea is super abstract (and there's a stretch) in relation to my project, so I definitely will need some explanation to go w/ it. #

• Just walking home in the sun has made my boards of foamcore bow. =/ #

• I'm thinking about this thing way too hard! Wish I knew what I was doing earlier so I could've figure out the logistics before starting. -_- #

• Five hours later, and I'm pretty sure I still have practically nothing done. x_x But I'm hungry, so food break, LOL. #

• Thank goodness my friend who lives next door to me has a glue stick! Ugh, ridiculous project!!! #
• Also, I just checked out friend's project for the show and hers looks pretty cool! It's like this creature thing and I'm so jealous, LOL! #
• I'm not really sure how it relates to her thesis, but that's the benefit/problem with having an abstract show, right? #
