remula | Glee 2x11 & 2x12, because I needed to talk about it and my partner in crime has failed me!

This is a Glee post -- don't judge me for actually watching the two most recent episodes even though I should have been doing so many other things (like my thesis project, GAH, so behind!). But really, I couldn't help myself! I'm too invested in Kurt and Blaine, okay?! (And

aznearthdragon hasn't watched it yet, so I don't have anyone to talk to about everything!)

2x11 -- The Sue Sylvester Shuffle

So this episode kind of pissed me off because of how they're trying to "redeem" Karofsky or whatever. Everytime it zoomed in on his face, I just wanted to smack him because I have no sympathy for him what-so-ever. Seriously, I don't care about redeeming him because he's horrible and I just want him to go away! But seriously, I'm kind of annoyed at how ignorant the rest of the football players are -- I know this is Glee, so I kind of need to suspend my disbelief at their attitudes since almost everyone takes things to extremes, but I can't help being angry all the same. And then there was stupid Schuester for being all nice and stuff to Karofsky and whatever, I know teachers are suppose to be encouraging, but I hate Schue anyway, so it just angers me even MORE when he was encouraging Karofsky. >O And then stupid Finn getting all buddy-buddy with Karofsky! I'm sorry, but one song can't make everything better and I had SO MUCH RAGE at the end of the episode when Finn thought otherwise! STOP BEING SO NAIVE, FINN! YOU PISS ME OFF!~ >O

Anyway, Rachel and Puck singing Need You Now was kind of awesome, but I totally wonder at it being the song choice to show the football players what Glee is all about -- they couldn't have chosen something else? I mean, I don't know what would have been a good song to choose, but that probably wasn't the best choice... But yeah, I like their version of it -- Rachel kind of sounds country in it, lol. And then at the end of the song, I was totally like, "NO PUCK, NOT THE GUITAR!!!" LOLOLOL. XP

(In unrelated news, is Schue wearing a Dalton tie in the scene where they're in the principle's office talking to Sue about the canon? Because it kinda looks like the Dalton tie to me, LOL. XP)

All the choosing talk made me think of that one fic where the Cheerios in Glee had to choose and I have to say that I liked how it was handled in that fic more than how it's finally happened in this episode. And then when Finn got all on Quinn's case about it, I had so much rage for Finn. >O And even though Sam only confronted him because of his girlfriend, I'm still glad that someone confronted him about it because SO ANNOYING!

Anyway, let's talk about the coffee shop scene now with Kurt, Blaine, Rachel, and Mercedes! I mean, we could talk about Bills, Bills, Bills, but you already know about my opinion on that (secondhand embarrassment forever!!!). But yeah, SO MUCH JOY at how comfortable Kurt and Blaine are together! And how Mercedes and Rachel are so comfortable with getting coffee with Blaine in their group, which makes me think that this isn't the first time. And then there was Blaine being so focused on eating and drinking his coffee -- SO ADORABLE! I totally LOL'd at Kurt's comment about warm milk and Blaine's "Warm milk? Really?" and Kurt's "It's delicious!" -- what dorks! (Also, I refuse to believe that Dalton isn't a boarding school and I will take Kurt's comment to mean every night when he's home because two hours is super long to commute just to go to high school. I mean, I guess it's possible, especially since there are people who do that kind of commute everyday for work, I don't really think that it's the same for high school with all the extra curricular activities and homework and stuff.) And then everyone's face (especially Kurt's!!!) when Blaine was talking about football! Also, "Blaine and I love football. Well, Blaine loves football. I love scarves!" Oh Kurt, why do you make me feel so embarrassed for you? (But dude, after that comment, I totally noticed how many different scarves Blaine's been wearing in these two episodes, LOLOLOL.)

Let's talk about the girls joining the football team! Rachel being all enthusiastic about it was kind of amazing, LOLOLOL. Her "high five teammate!" and "Let's kick some ass!" made me LOL so much. XD But besides that, how awesome was Tina during the football game?! I kind of love her A LOT for saying that she was tired of just laying down and I'm so glad she went for the ball and ran. XD And then when she got tackled and Mike went to check on her and was SO worried, OMG. WHY ARE THEY SO AWESOME AND ADORABLE?! ♥♥

The Thriller VS Heads Will Roll mash-up was kind of awesome! (I'm totally a fan of Santana's voice, okay? She is awesome!) Still so angry at Karofsky just joining in later once he realized how everyone in the crowd was taking the performances. Seriously, that isn't being sincere at all! >O But whatever, how adorable was Kurt (and Blaine) in the crowd?! Kurt was so excited, it was ADORABLE! It almost makes up for how buddy-buddy Finn and Karofsky are on the field! >O (I seriously kept thinking about how Kurt was in the crowd and probably seeing that and how horrible that must have been for him!)

Lastly, WTF was that kiss between Finn and Quinn at the end?! >OOOOO I CAN'T HANDLE THAT SHIT! ARGH ARGH ARGHHHHH! WHYYYYYYYYY! I mean, they definitely have good chemistry, but it pissed me off so much because she's with Sam! >OOOOOO

2x12 -- Silly Love Songs

So, I'm just gonna say it: I LOVED THIS EPISODE! I mean, there were things that I kind of hated, but overall, the Kurt and Blaine scenes made up for it all, okay?!

First, Puck and Lauren! I was so on the fence about Lauren's character, LOL. IDK, she kind of rubs me the wrong way at times. But this episode kind of made me like her WAY more because she was just so awesome in this episode! XP When she was like "I spell woman Z-i-z-e-s and I need to be woo'd!" I totally thought that was hilarious and awesome. And then when Puck sings Fat Bottom Girls to her, I was completely horrified! I'm so glad that she told him straight up that it was messed up because WTF YO!

Next, Finn's attitude! OMFG, I'm so mad at Finn and how he wants Quinn and then his stupid kissing booth idea just so he could kiss her. >O DIE, FINN, DIE! When he told the glee club that they were his charity, I just wanted to smack him! How much of a douche can you be?! (And sidenote to that, Rachel's comment to Santana was horrible! Seriously, it was just wrong and not on the same level as the other things mentioned and totally uncalled for!)

OMFG KURT AND BLAINE! (SCARF!) Of course Blaine is a hopeless romantic and likes Valentine's Day! And then him wanting to do something "really radical" and talking about liking someone and asking Kurt if he should sing to that person, LOLOL. Seriously, that was, like, the most awkward conversation and I kind of got secondhand embarrassment and you just KNOW where the whole thing is going and GAH KURT! Seriously, Kurt's FACE during the whole thing -- it was SO intense and basically just giant heart-eyes! And then "You know my coffee order?" / "Of course I do!" I KIND OF FLAILED AT THAT!!! Blaine wants to split a cupid cookie with him! HE CALLS KURT DUMMY AND PAYS FOR HIM! THEY ARE SO ADORABLE, I CAN'T EVEN!!! ASDKLFJGOGBKL;!!!

And then their next scene together! Kurt doodling Blaine + Kurt and the heart! AND THEN KURT'S FACE WHEN HE SEES BLAINE! THE HEART-EYES ARE KILLING ME!!! Then the emergency Warblers meeting! Seriously, that scene is GOLD! When Wes was delivering that line about the Warblers not preforming in public since 1927, I just about died, it was so hilarious! And then the "privileged porcelain birds" crack! =O And OMG, the other council member (Thad?) saying, "You mock us, sir!" totally killed me, LOLOLOL!

Then there was Kurt raising his hand and being all excited and backing Blaine up. Seriously, how is he so adorable?! And then how his face fell when he found out about Gap guy! GAHHHHHH! Then the slumber party! Kurt trying to explain to Rachel and Mercedes and they just gave him the look and "OMG, I made the whole thing up in my head, didn't I?" POOR BABYYY! (Also, how hilarious is Rachel with her hundred dollar bill, LOLOL. I think she's grown on me or something! =OOOOO Also also, the monkeys that Rachel is cuddling! HOW ADORABLE!)

Let's go back to talking about Finn! I HATE YOU FINN! You are SUCH A HYPOCRITE saying that Rachel cheating means something when he's trying to get Quinn to do the same thing! And OMFG, I'm so MAD about their scene in the auditorium! ARGHHHH to everything Finn says! Being all high and mighty about cheating, and then taking part in it! WHAT AN ASSHOLEEE!! >OOOOOO

In other news, I still think that Artie is a douchebag, I will never change my mind! Also, I don't think that singing P.Y.T. is a good Valentine's song, but that's just my opinion. (But dude, Mike and Tina, THEY ARE STILL SO ADORABLE!)

(Side note, what is that ridiculous Lauren and Santana fight! I don't even know how to take that, WTF!)

Back to Kurt and Blaine! OMG, the scene at the Gap before they started singing When I Get You Alone! "If he and I got married, the Gap would give me 50% discount" -- SERIOUSLY, BLAINE?! WHY ARE YOU SO RIDICULOUS, LOLOLOL! I won't even lie, I thought this line was AMAZING, okay?! Like, creepy stalker crush status amazing, LOLOLOL! And Kurt just being encouraging and I swear, their friendship is so awesome, I can't even! ♥♥♥ Then the WIGYA performance! (I still LOL at the fact that Wes starts off on one side of the room and RUNS over to the other side of the room to get to his place. I can't get over it, LOLOLOL!) So much LOL for Kurt's shocked face at the "leave your toys in the drawer" and his face when he leans on the mannequin! ILU KURT! And then the cut after the end of the performance to Kurt and Blaine outside! Blaine being all nervous, OMG! (Also, SCARF!) And Kurt being his snarky self with "Can I be honest? Just with the hair, I think they do!"

Interlude from Kurt and Blaine to say LOL at Santana's internal monologue! (Whatever, I love her and her sexy candy striper uniform, haha!) "I've had mono so many times it's turned into stereo!" made me LOL so much! XP

Back to Kurt and Blaine in the coffee shop again! (Another scarf!) OMG KURT just goes out and SAYS he thought Blaine wanted to ask him out! (HE'S SO BRAVE, I would never have the guts to do something like that!) And BLAINE! WHY ARE THEY SO ADORABLE?! Also, "It's just like When Harry Met Sally, but I get to play Meg Ryan." / "Don't they, uh, get together in the end?" -- *SCREAM* and the repetition of "You know my coffee order" but from Blaine this time! I don't care what people say, Kurt and Blaine are SO endgame!

Why couldn't Tina get to sing My Funny Valentine well?! ;_; I MISS HEARING TINA SING, YO! I don't even know what I'm suppose to think about that whole scene!

And then the Finn and Rachel scene! Broke my heart a little! I mean, I'm conflicted about them as a couple, but it still broke my heart. =( But dude, what is that rendition of Firework?! It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't good either. =/

Finally, the last scene at Breadstix! KURTTTT! And his ridiculous red mic! Blaine singing Silly Love Song was kind of fitting for the episode. ♥ (Ouch, Blaine, when he said it doesn't come at all to Santana, lol.) The Rachel/Mercedes/Kurt group hug with Wes and Santana hugging in the background!!! (I would totally ship that, just saying, LOLOL. XP)

The tl;dr version of this post is that I need someone to rip me all the Kurt and Blaine parts of these two episodes because they bring me so much joy. XP
