remula | In which there is a lot about me.

It's been a while since I've posted anything (well, anything that isn't twitter updates, lol), and I kind of miss it, so... Plus, I'm not even doing anything this summer, so I should at least do something semi-productive (as opposed to the massive slacking off that has been going on so far this break). XP So here we go, in list form.

1. Why can't the freakin' department post up the fifth year professors already?! I think I might have posted about this before or something, I don't know, but I'm going into my fifth (and last!) year of college majoring in architecture and in the ARCH deptment, there's this whole process of applying for fifth year. If you click on that link, you will see that the fifth year faculty list is STILL NOT UP and that is just not cool, okay?!

2. Fifth year thesis project: I'm not really sure what I wanna do still! Fifth year is different from the other four years ARCH school because we get basically the whole year to work on a project that we come up with ourselves. Some people seem like they know what they've wanted to do since day one or something, but I am not one of those people. -_- I mean, I have general objectives of what I want to get out of my project, but I don't really know what I want to do. Pretty much the only ideas I have so far for specific project types are:

- Library, because I like books. (Yeah, I seriously wrote that in my statement of purpose, I think almost exactly in that way even! LOL!)
- Airport, because that was one of my first ideas wayyyyy back when. (This is a pretty ambitious one, I think, and it doesn't help that I have pretty much minimal experience even using an airport, LOL.)

So, feel free to give me ideas because I want to have options to look into. XP

3. Meme. Haven't done one of these in a while...

A - Act your age? Umm.. possibly? I suppose I'm not really a partier, which is pretty much the college-town stereotype.. I don't know, haha.
B - Born on what day of the week? After consulting Google (LOL), it seems I was born on a Sunday. XP
C - Chore you hate? Cleaning the bathroom.
D - Dad's name? Kien.
E - Essential makeup item? I don't wear make-up, so... I guess Blistex, if you wanna consider that make-up, LOL.
F - Favorite actor/actress? Um... I don't have one?
G - Gold or silver? I like the look of silver, but I pretty much wear gold because that's what I have. (I am lame, I do not buy jewerly! The only stuff I have is what my parents bought me when I was little!)
H - Hometown? San Diego, baby!
I - Instruments you play? Um... once upon a time in elementary school, I have violin lessons at school. Back then, I also played xylophone and I remember checking out guitars from class, even though I didn't know how to play. That is pretty much it, but I wish I could actually play instruments because I love music.
J - Job title? Architecture student, if that is even a job title. XP Also Secretary for Cal Poly CSI.
K - Kids? Maybe someday in the future when I have a husband and a job, but not now.
L - Living arrangements? Apartment in SLO during the school year. During breaks, like now, I'm living at home in SD.
M - Mum's name? Mui.
N - Nude? Nude bras!
O - Overnight hospital stays? Once.
P - Phobia? Uh.. biggest one I can think right now are needles. (EWW SHOTS!)

R - Religious affiliation? Not religious.
S - Siblings? Younger sister (

aznearthdragon) and younger brother.
T - Time you wake up? This one is all over the place, because I am in college. It basically all boils down to what time class starts! But generally (because of my minors), I typically have class at 8AM (darn you, ARCE!) which means I wake up at 7:00 (on a good day) or 7:30 (if I'm running late).
U - Unique habit? Um.. I don't know. I don't think any of my habits are particularly unique...
V - Vegetable you refuse to eat? I don't really like peppers, but I will eat it on occasions.
W - Worst habit? Probably my inability to stop opening new tabs. At any given time, I will have 25+ tabs open, seriously.
X - X-rays you've had? All the stupid teeth one that dentists always make you do, and one other time for something else.
Y - Yummy food you make? I pretty much have no cooking skillz. I need to learn to cook from my mom, seriously. I feel lame not really knowing how to cook anything but the basics...

Lastly, ten years ago today, the number one song was NSYNC - It's Gonna Be Me. This obviously inspired a NSYNC music-listening marathon. NSYNC - No Strings Attached -- best album ever, y/y? XP
