School, Inception, and Some "News"

1. FIFTH YEAR PROFESSOR LIST IS OUT!
   But they didn't even freakin' post the professor prospecti! And the ranking form isn't up either. Seriously, WTF IS THEIR PROBLEM?!?! DON'T THEY KNOW THAT WE STUDENTS GET ANXIOUS ABOUT THIS SHIT? DO THEY THINK THAT WE DON'T WORRY ABOUT SCHOOL DURING SUMMER BREAK?! >O (I'm just a little annoyed, if you can't tell. It's like they're messing with our heads! GRRR!)



2. BEST ARIADNE FIC EVER!
   Seriously, I love Ariadne's characterization in this -- it is pretty much the Ariadne fic I've been waiting for! (Yes, I kind of realize I'm probably repeating everything I said about it on SP, but it had to be said here too! XP) So yes, if you have been wanting awesome Ariadne-centered fic, GO READ THIS NOW. It's Arthur/Ariadne, but it's more about Ariadne finding herself with bonus A/A on the side.
   
   While I was reading this, I realized that what I want out of Ariadne-fics is stuff that isn't particularly focused on the romance but on her as a person. I mean, I've read/skimmed a bunch of A/A fics (probably the most popular pairing for Ariadne), but must of the time, I'm not really that into them. IDK, maybe I don't support them as much as I thought! =X Lately, I've been wanting some Eames/Ariadne or some Yusuf/Ariadne anyway. (Especially Yusuf/Ariadne! PLEASE BE WRITING THIS, PEOPLE!) XP

4. Teens have more hearing lost than 20 years ago!
   Apparently it's up 30% according to the news that I am watching right now. (I would go search for a source, but I'm too lazy to!) Anyway, I thought this story is kind of ridiculous in the OMG, is that even NEWS?! kind of way. Because, hello, it's the most obvious thing EVER! I mean, not hard to notice how everyone has headphones/earphones on and their music is so loud you can make out what they're listening to... But whatever, news is news.



5. Lastly, I just want to say that today is freakin' hot!
   Also, there is no fan downstairs and I am just sitting here and melting and it sucks. Also, I think it's suppose to stay around this temperature for the rest of the week (the microclimate weather has not come up on the news yet!), so this pretty much sucks, haha. (I know, I'm probably spouting blasphemy because people generally look forward to this SD weather, but I don't care! It's not a comfortable temperature for me!)
