Woke up kinda late today.. Parents, as usual, left us behind. We got out of the house at.. about 7:00. When we got to the park, our parents were just finishing their first round, so walked with them. We walked three rounds -- 'rents walked four -- and then went back home. After that, ate and stuff, then around 10:30 or so, left and went to Fletcher Parkway. Got there and went to JC Penny first. Looked at shoes and clothes, but didn't buy anything. After that, went over to Famous Footwear and me and aznearthdragon got shoes -- Sketchers. Mine are green, grey, and white. aznearthdragon's is black and white. Once we were done there, went to Borders Express to see how much The Lovely Bones was, but it was too expensive, so just left. After that, went over to Wal-Mart and we got cell phones. =O Me, aznearthdragon, and my mom got them. Me and aznearthdragon both got the Samsung T609 and my mom got the Samsung T319. The only reason we got those phones was 'cause of the My Five plan thing.. If not for that, I would have prefered a Razr. Anywayz.. Took forget to get it activated and stuff.. x_x Finally, when we were done, bought some other stuff at Wal-Mart and then left. Went over to Mervyn's and bought some shirts and aznearthdragon got a pair of jeans. After that, left and went to Costco. Ate and then went in and bought some stuff, then went home.

Played with the phones for a while when we got home, haha. Besides that, didn't do much else.. Oh yeah, paid my registration fee today already, haha.

The big one-eight! =O Finally an adult..! Not always a good thing, but you know, hahah.

So before I took a shower, I got a phone call from some dude claiming to be from the government or whatever, offering me a grant of at leasst $5,000. There I was, thinking, 'WTF is this shit?!~ What's the catch?!~' and I was waiting forever for it and then finally, "You'll have to pay a fee of $299 with the application we send you for processing" and yeah. After he said that, he was like, "Wait one moment and then I'll verify your information" and then right after he said that, I hung up and told my parents what they said. Then he called back and I told my mom to answer and to let her put him off, but she didn't and she called me over and I didn't want to talk, 'cause I suck at saying no and all that. So went back to the phone and asked why there's a fee and he gave some BS response and I said I wasn't interested and he kept saying, "Why not? You're going to get at least $5,000" and stuff and I was thinking, 'Leave me alone!~' and finally, my dad took pity on me and took the phone and talked. After a long-ish time, my dad finally got him to stop, haha. Damn people.. BLEH!~

Went to the library first to drop off our books, then went to Borders and got Black Powder War, the third book in the Temeraire series. After that, went over to Target to look around. Bought an alarm clock and a luggage set thing. After that, went to Costco and bought some other stuff. After that, went to Albertson's and then went home. Spent too much money today, haha.

My dad says that me and aznearthdragon will get cell phones in a few more weeks.. Can't wait..! Hahaha. Well, I can, 'cause seriously, I've lived this long without one.. I can wait longer. XP But yeah.. I dunno what provider to use.. They're all basically the same price, so.. I think we might get T-Mobile though.. I dunno. We'll see.

Me and aznearthdragon want to go to Comic-Con..! LOL! ^_^;; But yeah.. So expensive..! $65 is too much.. Why am I an adult now? x_x For aznearthdragon, it's half the price at $30. x_x BLEHHH!~ So we have decided that we're just gonna volunteer, lol. I mean, it's not that bad, volunteering for three hours then getting a badge for the rest of the day. XP We're probably gonna just do that all four days so we can just go for all four days, haha. Nothing better to do with our summer. XP It's be cool -- our first con. =O Too bad we're poor 'cause I want to buy stuff..! XP But we'll see...

Woke up around 7:00 'cause my parents woke us up.. Got ready and stuff, then left the house around 8:00. First went to the Mervyn's near the Sports Arena and was just looking at dress clothes. Got a shirt and my brother got a pair of jeans, then we left. Went to Burger King to eat. So ew.. I felt icky afterwards 'cause I'm not really used to fast food anymore, but yeah. After that, went to JC Penny's at Fashion Valley and got some dress shoes and black slacks for me and aznearthdragon. Then my dad bought me a watch and went over to get it sized. After that, went to Best Buy to check out the prices of notebook bags. Then we went home and I crocheted for an hour then we left again. Went to the Target near my house then went over to Mervyn's which was right next door. Got some dress shirts and then went over to Wal-Mart behind Mervyn's. After that, walked across the parking lot to Rubio's and ate a fish toco then went over to Staples which is about two stores awat from Wal-Mart. Bought a bag for my laptop and then left and went to Vien Dong to buy some stuff for dinner then went home.


I finished my senior exhibition script, hahaha. XP Yes, I make a script for any presentation I do. XP I'm weird like that.. Anyway.. Just gotta memorize that and fix up my power point a little and I'm good.


Came up with an idea for me and aznearthdragon's gift to Col. I know that staff is gonna do that plaque thing for Col. and I'll put money up for that too once they figure out the price ((if they even do it)), but we wanted to do something too. We're gonna let Cathy, Panyia, and Victoria in on it too, so it'll be a gift from all of us. I know Armed wanted to do something for Col. separately too (before), but I dunno if they still are, but whatever. This is from us Unarmed people -- the ones who have been in for at least two years, haha. XP
