Katy Perry - Circle the Drain -- So this is Katy Perry's new single and I think it sounds pretty good. Like, she actually sounds like she can sing. =O And I really like it, but the lyrics, man, they are kinda harsh.

Here's a little bit of it...

Yeah, that's kind of mean there, but at the same time, it's how she felt, so I can't fault her for that.

I have to say that I'm getting pretty good at updating regularly. (I feel pretty proud of myself, I have to say. XP)

1. The other day, I saw on the news that it was the coldest July in SD since 1916. I don't know about other people, but I actually enjoyed the July weather, LOL. I'm sure other San Diegans were probably disappointed though -- oh well, to each their own. XP Today, though, feels too hot! I do not approve! XP



2. Katy Perry's new song, Not Like the Movies came out today. Listen & Download. I actually kind of like it. It's a ballad, so not really California Gurls or Teenage Dream, so I guess some people might not like it as much, but I do. (But really, how why didn't she go with E.T. (Futuristic Lover) or Peacock as a single? Those ones are way better than Teenage Dream!)

3. Bought a planner today! Yeah, planner shopping = SERIOUS BUSINESS, LOLOLOLOL. But seriously, it's so hard to find the perfect planner! I can't help but want it a specific way and I have yet to find the planner of my dreams. ;_; (Yes, I'm a big nerd, I admit it.) Anyway, there were two planners I was debating on in the store and they both had similar features, but in the end, I went with this green one because of some small little things I liked about it. aznearthdragon got the other one I rejected and, sadly, her planner is prettier than mine. =(
