Remember about a week ago when I said I wanted a parallel universe fic and I was all excited about liketheroad writing it? Well, that fic is here! Nothing's Gonna Change My World -- GO READ IT NOW (if you haven't already) BECAUSE IT IS AWESOME. I already did my giant flailing thing over at SP, so I'm not gonna repeat all that over here, but suffice to say that it is everything that I wanted out of this premise. XD

Got an email today from the CRP deptartment about CRP 336. They basically sent the email to everyone enrolled or on the waitlist for one of the sections asking if anyone wanted to switch over to the other section to even out the numbers. (Section I want has seven people waitlisted, other section has more than enough open seats for all seven waitlisted people.) I really wish I could take the other section (since I'm waitlisted for my section), but it interferes with my other CRP class! =( I hope a couple people jump on over to the other section so I can be enrolled already, LOL. XP

I am slowly working on my website again! Of course that also means that I will slowly be reading less fic now, but seriously, I will be back in the RL soon enough when school is back, so I should probably get some stuff done before then. XP But seriously, I wish I wasn't so anal about how it looks that I could just take an already made WP theme and go with it, but I can't help wanting to make changes because it doesn't look right, LOL. I also need to update my club website sometime today or tomorrow to get up all the exhibitor information out so we can start contacting people for our forum! Bleh...

Today weather has been awesome! I hope it doesn't go back to SUPER HOT anytime soon, lol. News hasn't been on yet since the Chargers game is on, so I won't see the weather forecast until after the game, lol, so here's to hoping for more of this. XP

I have to say that I'm getting pretty good at updating regularly. (I feel pretty proud of myself, I have to say. XP)

The other day, I saw on the news that it was the coldest July in SD since 1916. I don't know about other people, but I actually enjoyed the July weather, LOL. I'm sure other San Diegans were probably disappointed though -- oh well, to each their own. XP Today, though, feels too hot! I do not approve! XP

Katy Perry's new song, Not Like the Movies came out today. Listen & Download. I actually kind of like it. It's a ballad, so not really California Gurls or Teenage Dream, so I guess some people might not like it as much, but I do. (But really, how why didn't she go with E.T. (Futuristic Lover) or Peacock as a single? Those ones are way better than Teenage Dream!)

Bought a planner today! Yeah, planner shopping = SERIOUS BUSINESS, LOLOLOLOL. But seriously, it's so hard to find the perfect planner! I can't help but want it a specific way and I have yet to find the planner of my dreams. ;_; (Yes, I'm a big nerd, I admit it.) Anyway, there were two planners I was debating on in the store and they both had similar features, but in the end, I went with this green one because of some small little things I liked about it. aznearthdragon got the other one I rejected and, sadly, her planner is prettier than mine. =(
