Woke up around 6:00, like usual. Did our morning stuff, then I did aznearthdragon's hair and then she did mine for Field Day. After that, ate some cereal and then my parents took aznearthdragon to San Diego High to take her SAT II. Just hung out at home listening to music, using the computer, and crocheting. Later on, parents came home with food and we ate. Then just crocheted and then around 10:30, left for Kearny.

Got to Kearny and was ust hanging out. Someone put Selassie's picture that she gave me on Friday in my box. I put her picture inbetween the flap part of my wallet, so it probably fell out if someone took it or I lost it. So yeah.. Now I need to know who put that in my box and where they found it. x_x

Around 11:00, we formed up and took attendance. Then Col. announced the awardees for last term and this term. After that, some people got promoted to sergeant and then we formed up and attempted to practice. Then they had a break and we had to get on the bus.

It was hot and burning at school, so at Patrick Henry, it was even hotter (coast-ish VS inland and all that). Got there and was just hanging in the shade for a while. Then the awardees had to go to where we were suppose to go. At least there was shade over there, even if we were near a storage shed thing.. Waited forever, then finally the Superior Cadets went out. Was so freakin' hot.. My feet were burning! Got my medal and had to stand around for a long time, then finally we left. Had to then walk all the way around the track to get to where Kearny was sitting.

Sat with bobbleheadvi for a while then went and escorted Victoria and Anh to the bathroom. After that, just stood around on the top of the bleacher area.. bobbleheadvi didn't even really hang out with me.. I didn't even know where he was half the time and most of the people I talk to were waiting to get their awards half the time. x_x Was so hot and bored.. OMFG.. Later on aznearthdragon came from getting her award and then she snagged Cooper's umbrella and went to stand under it with some people.

Finally, around 2:30, we formed up and had to stand around forever.. OMFG. Then when they were announcing the instructors that were leaving, they (well, the Brigade XO, not a they...) were suppose to put us at Parade Rest, but they left us at Attention and we were there for almost ten minutes, it seemed. I think it was during that when most people fainted. My parents (who stayed to watch) said that a lot of people fainted from other schools and the instructors would be carrying them away. aznearthdragon said a lot of Kearny people fainted too, like Cathy. =( Poor Cathy.. The story Panyerz told was funny though, even though it sucks.

Once they were all done with the announcing junk, it was time to march. Waited forever, then we went.. OMG Martinez sucks. It's like, even though we're on forward march, he was taking baby steps! And he kept changing step and then Eric, who was fuckin' stupid, would look over at him and change it every second which made me, Dang, and Leticia change step. x_x Just really dumb..

After we were done, went back to the bleacher area, but then SGM wanted us to stay and they announced the new Battalion Commander. It was Martinez. I don't think that was a good idea, 'cause he sucks. No offense, but he does. He sucks at drilling, he's not really involved in anything ROTC related, he almost never comes to any meetings before school or after school, and he doesn't go to any events unless absolutely necessary. It's like.. I don't know. Yeah, he has the most seniority as a staff member and all and he's efficient enough as an S-1, but still.. It's just not right.

Finally, they were done with that and they were waiting for the bus. Left with parents and went to Kearny. Got there and then had to wait for the bus to come so they could unlock the gate and the range and stuff.. Finally they came and Col. unlocked it and stuff. Changed outta my uniform and then asked SGM for the Unarmed money. He said he couldn't find it and kept looking in the same place, but then Col. was like, "Is that it up there?" and SGM pulled it a little and said, "No" and Nadia, who was there, was like, "Yes it is!" and when SGM pulled it out all the way, it was. x_x That's lame. Waste of almost five minutes of my time...

After I got the money, left to the car and then we went home. Got home, washed my face, crocheted, then my dad was trying to call Michael since he left two messages. Then finally got a hold of him and they talked for a long time. By then, once he was done, it was five and we were suppose to go to Hometown Buffet at that time. Right after our dad finished, Cathy called and said that Gunar got us a table already.

Went to Hometown Buffet in Clairemont and saw the people. Went in, got people's money, and paid for us. It was $100.02 for ten of us. After we paid, just ate, haha. It was okay. aznearthdragon was drinking the nasty stuff again, haha. And yeah.. parents and Steven left to go do stuff, then came back and ate there too, but at a different table.

Finished around 7:15 or so.. Went outside and waited for parents and Steven to come out.. Fuckin' Teng, Dang, Eric, and Sheila were all smoking and shit.. WTF man.. freakin' people walking by and just doing it right in front of everyone.. bobbleheadvi was just there sitting near them and stuff.. WTF.. The rest of Armed and Unarmed were over on the other side of the building.. At least they don't do it.. And don't want to stand near the people doing it. Smart people.

And yeah.. After that, left and went to Staples, but it was closed. Went over to Wal-Mart, but they didn't have white poster paper for aznearthdragon. Went into Party City and they didn't have white either. After that, went over to Target and got a sheet. Then went home and that's about it.


It's scorching still.. OMFG. Feel like I'm gonna die from heat.. x_x


Heard that Gunar's gonna be the commander for ADT next year. A big congrats to him. ^_^


Yeah, that's about it.. Fuckin' Eric, Dang, Teng, and Sheila.. If I could just beat the shit out of them for being so stupid and shit.. >O I mean, if you wanna smoke, fine, that's their lives, but to do that in front of us, in front of kids coming out of the restaurant.. To do that and let us inhale their fuckin' secondhand smoke.. That's so unacceptable. I can't fuckin' wait 'til school's over just so I don't have to be around shitheads like them. OMFG, I typed up this entry (Saturday's) and posted it, but I guess LJ hated me and ate my post, so.. >O I'm rewriting.. ;_;

Woke up around 4:20 and got ready and stuff, then left the house around 4:50. Got to school a few minutes after 5:00.. A few minutes later, more people showed and then Ana and Nadia started doing hair. aznearthdragon was first, haha, then other people. I was near the end. I was just taking pictures and stuff.. Later on, the food came.. Just had McDonalds -- ewww! And yeah.. Estella was late.. We had to call her aroun 5:45 or so and she was just coming. x_x After almost everyone was done with their hair, they did Barrigan's hair 'cause Armed asked us to do it for him. It kinda sucked though 'cause all of Armed was crowding around watching like it was oh so fasinating and making fun of him. x_x

Around 6:45 or whatever, went out to practice once. After that, went back to the range and Ana and Nadia finished their hair. Then around 7:30, went out and practiced once more then went back to the range to start changing. It took a while 'cause had to help people put on their cummerbunds and ascots and tape their gloves. After that, it was about 8:25, so we all went out to watch Morse's Armed then Unarmed and Patrick Henry's Unarmed. After that, it was about 9:00, so we all went back to the range to talk and prep for our turn.

Talked a bit and practiced one or two moves and then went out to watch Armed go. They were pretty good. Alignment was off sometimes and Teng dropped the rifle on the intro.. Can't think of anything else to say about them right now..

After they went, we went over to wait our turn.. Then we went out and did our thing. It was okay, I guess. I messed up on Headchopper. I felt so dumb after that.. x_x And at the end, when aznearthdragon was waiting to report out, my legs were shaking 'cause I went down a little more than usual and it was hard to hold still. x_x And yeah.. Our alignment sucked and after we were done and went to the range to discuss a little, almost everyone said they messed up. x_x *sigh*

Went back out and watched other teams preform.. What to say about them.. I can't really remember who we saw, but here's what I remembered..

Serra UDT wasn't as good as usual? I dunno.. They were weird 'cause they had an 11 person team with two commanders in front to make 13. And like.. One reported in and out while the other called commands during the routine. Then at the end, when they were leaving, this one girl started calling cadence and then another girl call a column half-left or whatever. When the girl called cadence, I was like, 'WTF' 'cause I recognized her voice and face as the commander at Orange Glen and aznearthdragon said that she remembered her as the commander at Veteran's, so.. Yeah. That's all I have to say about them. You can draw your own conclusions about that one..

Mira Mesa UDT was GOOD. ;_; They had pretty good alignment and stuff. But they freakin' copied our K! And it was at the end of their routine too! >O WTF! >O I'm sad though, 'cause they might get first.. ;_; I can handle second, I guess, but third is not good enough anymore. >O

Hoover UDT was pretty boring. I mean, they tried, but they were offstep sometimes and started too close to the front 'cause they were right up at the curb basically the whole time. I don't think they'll place.

aznearthdragon and Daniel said that Patrick Henry's UDT doesn't even deserve to place 'cause they said that there was a girl who looked like she didn't even want to be there and was basically just standing around the whole time.

After the competition was over, went to the range to change, then said bye to people and then left. Went to Mission Valley and just walked around for a while looking for shoes.. Didn't really find anything.. Later, was looking for hair stuff, but they were all expensive and stuff.. Like the things I wanted were at least $10! x_x


After that, went home and that's about it.

Checked off the stuff people brought and labeled it.. Then worked on my pants some more. That's about all we did in the morning is work on pants..


ROTC
Split to work on marksmanship. SGM had to go to a color guard, so McMartin was just going over this one paper to the LET1s and I was sitting in the back sewing.. So boring...! LOL! But yeah, that's about all I did..


ECONOMICS
Did current events and then had to do some pages from the study guide.. BLEH! I didn't finish..


LUNCH
Practiced and then got food and ate..


AP CALCULUS
Had to stay in the classroom for the first half or whatever.. Was just sitting around and listening to people talk.. Then a little while later, bobbleheadvi went and got a pass and then him, Dang, and I left for RO and I was just working on sewing.. So boring..


ADVISORY
Walked to Ms. Fritchel (sp?)'s class 'cause Mrs. Schu told us to go there, but on the door, it said to go toMrs. Schu's class, so had to walk all the way over there. Got there and then we learned how to chain stitch. OMG, so hard, haha. I think that me, aznearthdragon, and Vanessa were the slowest ones in there. x_x


ART
Went and painted some sheets of paper for the pieces for my mosaic.. After that, cut out a few pieces and glued them on and that's about it. Didn't get much done...


AFTER SCHOOL
Was in the range organizing stuff for Saturday.. So mad 'cause the only ones around doing stuff was all the old people (last year) and none of the new ones. WTF is that?! ARGH! Finally, around 15 minutes later, they all decided to show up. WTF. Whatever.. Just worked the shining and sewing and stuff.. That's about it.


I need to work on my calculus project proposal, but I don't wanna.. Also need to work on my power point for the senior exhibition, but whatever.. aznearthdragon's computer still doesn't work and all, so she was using mine forever, and it's like, she said I could go on at 9:30, but she didn't even get off until ten minutes later. I'm like, WTF 'cause I have things to do too, but whatever.. I can't do anything right now 'cause it's too late and I can't concentrate.. BLAH.


Late Start tomorrow, but we're stilling going early to practice and stuff.. Hopefully we can convince someone to take us to buy hair stuff tomorrow, but if not, just have to ask Mom on the way home.. x_x


Today feels like Friday.. I keep thinking competition is tomorrow.. x_x


We better win first place or else Imma be so pissed.. ;_; I can't handle second or third. >O BLAHHHH!~

So I forgot to write my entry yesterday, haha. But I'm writing it now.. I wrote out like half of it on paper last night too after I realized I didn't type my entry. XP So yeah..


MORNING
Walked to K's Sandwiches and bought a sandwich for lunch.. After that, walked back to Kearny and went out to practice. Only me and Kim fell in to practice when aznearthdragon told us to. Everyone else just stayed in the classroom, those assholes. WTF is up with that? >O Later on, Estella came and she practiced with us, but that's it. No one else came out even after all that time. WTF! >O So yeah.. Taught them the outro and then went back to the classroom and Estella was trying to teach the others the outro. Then aznearthdragon said to fall in again outside and this time, people actually went. She gave them time to learn it, but fuckin' people were complaining about how one part didn't flow with another and shit, and it's like, WTF, do I fuckin' care?! >O They wanted to change it, but why the hell would I want to change it for people who don't even want to come out and PRACTICE?!

When they asked to change it, I was like, "Well, if you all came outside then you would know it" and then Brigette, that fuckin' bitch, was like, "We are outside" and I was like >O 'cause WTF bitch, she knew what I meant. Then I said, "Earlier, when aznearthdragon told you to fall in" and bitch girl was like, "Woops, forgot". WTF is that?!~ What a bitch!~ >O I wanted to go over to her and beat the shit out of her! Why she gotta fuckin' disrespect me like that? Does she think that I wouldn't kill her? 'Cause seriously, I was so FUCKING CLOSE to making her ugly face look more like the ugly person she is inside. >O Then she was like, whatever attitude and left. And it's like, LEAVE, Bitch, no one wants your ass to stay. Good riddance. I hope a car runs over her and she dies. >O


SEA WORLD
After that stuff, the bell rang and it was time for class. Went to 301 and just sat around waiting.. Saw the list and I was in Mr. Rosales' group.. Finally, around 9:00, went on the bus and we left. Once we got to Sea World, we were just standing around outside forever. It was SO boring! Finally, around 9:45, they let us in.

Hung out with bobbleheadvi basically the whole time. Was walking with a group in the beginning 'cause everything was closed and there was nothing to do, but kinda just broke away.. Didn't really matter anyway since it seemed that everwhere we went, we would see the same people, lol. But yeah.. When it was 10:15, went to the Seal and Sea Otter place 'cause Mr. Rosales said we had to go there and then we could do whatever. So went.. It was boring 'cause it wasn't even a show, but it just talked about the training. x_x BLEH!

After that, just walked around a little and then went on Journey to Atlantis. Went on twice, haha. After that, was soaked 'cause the second round got me good. x_x Went walking around and then met up with another group and was walking with them when Eric said he wanted a funnel cake and then bobbleheadvi wanted one too, so we broke off and went to get some. Eric got a strawberry one and we got an apple one. It was pretty good.. After that, went to the restroom and by then, it was already 12:30, so headed over to where Journey to Atlantis was 'cause the gate right by there was where we had to meet up at. Got there and only Selassie and Ashley were there. x_x Stood around a little, and then me and bobbleheadvi went on Journey to Atlantis one more time. After that, just sat with Selassie and Ashley and waited.. Took forever! x_x Finally went on the bus when it was 1:15. x_x BLEH!


ADVISORY
When we got back, had to go to the gym and there was a spoken word presentation thing.. Boring, boring..


ART
Went with Selassie to get Ms. Wheeler water, but it wouldn't take the coins.. So just went to get Selassie's backpack and track bag from Ms. Thompson's room and from the CTA office. When we were in the office, Mr. Tran saw me and called me into his room, and I was like o_O to Selassie and then he told me to close the door so I was like @_@ to Selassie and she just waited outside for me, lol.

Mr. Tran said something about how they usually don't have it, but if he made the deadline for the GPA after the third quarter, than I would be tied with Robert for Valedictorian. Then he asked if I was interested in being co-Valedictorian with him and I was like, "Yeah" 'cause come on! Who wouldn't? I'm tired of Salutatorian anyway, ya know? So yeah.. He said I had to write a speech and show it to him and Mr. Hillegas to approve and yeah.. So yeah.. QUESTION!

What do you say in a valedictorian speech? @_@

Hahaha! So yeah.. I dunno. After that, went out and Selassie was missing! =O So I started walking to Ms. Wheeler's class and saw Selassie coming out, so went with her and Josh to get water 'cause Selassie went to get a dollar instead, haha. After that, went back to class and just sat around talking with Selassie and reading this one college magazine.


AFTER SCHOOL
Went to the range to get my wallet and dance contract and then went with bobbleheadvi to the financial office. Got there and the lady was like, "You need your principle to sign off on it" and we were like, "..." and she said she'd be there until 3:30, so we went to our respective offices and Mr. Hillegas wasn't in there. x_x Was gonna walk back to bobbleheadvi's office, but he was walking towards me and said that he had to wait for Ms. Dawes to approve it and stuff and that there was a basket with contracts, so.. x_x

We started walking back down the hall to go to RO, but then saw Dulce and she was holding her contract and I was holding mine and Ducle was like, "Oh, Helen had to get it signed too", lol. And I was like, "Did you get yours signed?" and she said, "Yeah" and I was like, "Where is he?" and she pointed, so I went over to where he was and asked him to sign my contract and he just signed it, lol. XD

Walked back to the financial office and was abou to get my ticket, but then I was like, "I sold candy, so.." and the lady looked and said that I only sold ONE box. I was like, "!!!" and bobbleheadvi wanted to know how much he had on it, and it also said one box, and then she was like, "Do you want to talk to Ms. JJ before you buy your ticket?" and I was like, "Yeah" and then we left. x_x

Went all the way to Ms. JJ's room and told her that we only were given credit for one box when we both sold two each. Then she asked for our contracts and she wrote credit for $14 on mine and signed it. After that, walked over to see if the office was open still and it was closed. ARGH! What a waste of my time! Fifteen minutes of my life was wasted on TRYING to get a prom ticket and I didn't even get a ticket out of it! >O Geez.. Stupid school. Next thing you know, when we come back on Monday, they'll want it signed by the President or something. x_x Stupid school.. So hard just to get one single thing! x_x

After that, walked back to RO and like, no one was there.. The ones that were there were sewing and yeah.. People needed the stripe to sew on and we ran out.. x_x Asked Dang to take me to Wal-Mart to buy more.. Eric and bobbleheadvi went with us.. Went to Wal-Mart and walked around 'cause both me and bobbleheadvi didn't know the place.. Finally found it and got the ribbon.. There was only one roll. x_x Bought that and then went back to Kearny. Once we got there, opened the roll and was about to cut it, but the ribbon was stained! The whole thing, not just the beginning! >O ARGH! So Ana said she'd return it when she goes to buy a roll and yeah.. Went home after that.. Still need to buy one more roll of ribbon to finish off our pants. BLEH!

MORNING
Ahh.. The Senior Portfolio was due today. It was also Late Start, Pep Rally, and Advisory. XD So yeah.. You can just imagine my morning, haha. XP Got to school around 7:00 as usual and was just in the office the whole time at Col.'s computer just printing and putting my stuff in the sheet protectors. That took like.. an hour or so.. x_x I mean, it wasn't exactly HARD work, but still tedious and I just wished it would be done sooner, lol. ^_^;; But yeah.. After that, practiced Unarmed.. Then just hung in the range for a while until the bell rang at 10:00.


ROTC
They did PT, then a little sports, then drilled. I was helping Hadi and Smith with the rifle for the CG for the LV Parade. That's about it.. So happy that classes were only 49 minutes instead of 90. XD


GOVERNMENT
Took our judicial branch test.. I dunno how I did.. Ehh, I guess. After that, just worked on math homework for a few minutes before the bell rang.


LUNCH / PEP RALLY
Tried to get food since I was starving, but it was taking too long, so just went back to RO. Practiced our Pep Rally routine and then later went into the gym. We were right after the yelling stuff.. x_x So noisy.. BLEH! Just went out and did our thing. It sucked. I messed up 'cause I did Cheerleader when I was suppose to do No-Nos, lol. But I caught myself and fixed it.. x_x BLEH! But whatevz. Much rudeness with everyone yelling their years and stuff and not giving us the slightest bit of respect.. I mean, come on.. And then we marched off when we were done and Armed was about to go, but right after we left, they start yelling like there wasn't another preformance coming. I mean, gosh.. so rude! Armed was just standing there, waiting for them to quiet a little so they could march in, but they were al being loud. In the end, they just started and marched in. Everyone was still yelling though, but it died down once they started banging their rifles since it's a gym and it hella echoes. They're so lucky they have the rifles 'cause if nothing else, they can get everyone's attention with their loud banging 'cause you can't really scream that much over it. Then they did their pyramid and bobbleheadvi was going up, but he slipped on the second step, haha. Me, aznearthdragon, Cathy, and Victoria were all cheering once they got in position for bobbleheadvi to go up, and right when people start catching on, he goes back down and starts over, lol. Dork. XP But yeah, he went up there and there was cheering.. He did his bonzai or whatever to Teng and he caught it (behind bobbleheadvi) and yeah.. Then they reformed and marched with their outro... "WE. ARE. SEXY! SEXY SEXY SEXY!~" hahah. XP After that left, 'cause didn't want to be in there anymore.. Went back to RO and ate a cup of noodle 'cause I was starving.. Just hung in the range eating, haha.


AP CALCULUS
Went to the front of the school and did a little video thingy where we just said "Thank you from the 2006 AP Calculus Class" or whatever to the camera.. After that, went back and took our quiz and that was it.


ADVISORY
Me and Selassie were trying to turn in our portfolios 'cause we wanted to be rid of it, but Mr. Garcia wasn't taking it! >O Finally, he started taking role, but he was collecting portfolios in that order too! >O That's fine and dandy for Selassie since she's the first one, but I'm near the end! >O So after about five minutes, I was like, forget it and went over to Mr. Garcia, stood there for like three minutes and then finally he took mine. Selassie told me he was checking them, so I was standing there waiting. He opens it and flips past the cover page, looks at the table of contents, then looks at me and says, "Do have your portfolio?" and I was like, "Yeah" and then he just closes it and puts it on the floor. x_x Geez, "Do you have your portfolio?" WTF?! Of course I have it! You're holding it in your hands! >O That was like the dumbest question.. But whatevz. Just went back to my computer and relaxed, haha. Everyone in there was stressing and trying to finish and stuff.. I saw someone doing their FAFSA too! So dumb, but whatever. That's all them. I didn't even feel sorry for them. It's their bad if they didn't finish and turn it in today, so.. Their problem if they can't go to prom and grad night and all the other senior stuff.

I can't believe the teachers were even letting them work on their portfolios during class and stuff! They shouldn't let them. I mean.. come on.. that's not fair. Me and Selassie were all like, "Oh, I hope the printer runs out of ink and there's no more paper" 'cause everyone was crowding the printer and stuff.. I wished the computers crashed and they didn't save their work, haha. I don't even feel bad for those thoughts 'cause they had, what.. seven months to work on this? They've known about having to do one since freshman year, so it's not a surprise! But whatevz..

I remember in the beginning of class, Joann was like, "Oh.. Do you guys have yours done?" to me and Selassie and we were like, "Yeah, do you?" and she was like, "No.. I have *list and list and list*.. What do you think I'm missing?" Umm.. "What do you think is missing", anyone? That was like the dumbest question. She was like, basically missing everything. She didn't have any reflections, didn't have a scholarship, college, FAFSA, budget, or transcript. On the last day, you can't ask, "What do you think I"m missing" 'cause.. no. It just doesn't work that way. x_x


ART
Didn't really do anything.. went on the computer for a while and that's about it..


AFTER SCHOOL
Practiced.. that's about all.


Tomorrow is LV Parade. x_x Gotta be at school at 8:30.. Bleh!
