OMFG, I typed up this entry (Saturday's) and posted it, but I guess LJ hated me and ate my post, so.. >O I'm rewriting.. ;_;

Woke up around 4:20 and got ready and stuff, then left the house around 4:50. Got to school a few minutes after 5:00.. A few minutes later, more people showed and then Ana and Nadia started doing hair. aznearthdragon was first, haha, then other people. I was near the end. I was just taking pictures and stuff.. Later on, the food came.. Just had McDonalds -- ewww! And yeah.. Estella was late.. We had to call her aroun 5:45 or so and she was just coming. x_x After almost everyone was done with their hair, they did Barrigan's hair 'cause Armed asked us to do it for him. It kinda sucked though 'cause all of Armed was crowding around watching like it was oh so fasinating and making fun of him. x_x

Around 6:45 or whatever, went out to practice once. After that, went back to the range and Ana and Nadia finished their hair. Then around 7:30, went out and practiced once more then went back to the range to start changing. It took a while 'cause had to help people put on their cummerbunds and ascots and tape their gloves. After that, it was about 8:25, so we all went out to watch Morse's Armed then Unarmed and Patrick Henry's Unarmed. After that, it was about 9:00, so we all went back to the range to talk and prep for our turn.

Talked a bit and practiced one or two moves and then went out to watch Armed go. They were pretty good. Alignment was off sometimes and Teng dropped the rifle on the intro.. Can't think of anything else to say about them right now..

After they went, we went over to wait our turn.. Then we went out and did our thing. It was okay, I guess. I messed up on Headchopper. I felt so dumb after that.. x_x And at the end, when aznearthdragon was waiting to report out, my legs were shaking 'cause I went down a little more than usual and it was hard to hold still. x_x And yeah.. Our alignment sucked and after we were done and went to the range to discuss a little, almost everyone said they messed up. x_x *sigh*

Went back out and watched other teams preform.. What to say about them.. I can't really remember who we saw, but here's what I remembered..

Serra UDT wasn't as good as usual? I dunno.. They were weird 'cause they had an 11 person team with two commanders in front to make 13. And like.. One reported in and out while the other called commands during the routine. Then at the end, when they were leaving, this one girl started calling cadence and then another girl call a column half-left or whatever. When the girl called cadence, I was like, 'WTF' 'cause I recognized her voice and face as the commander at Orange Glen and aznearthdragon said that she remembered her as the commander at Veteran's, so.. Yeah. That's all I have to say about them. You can draw your own conclusions about that one..

Mira Mesa UDT was GOOD. ;_; They had pretty good alignment and stuff. But they freakin' copied our K! And it was at the end of their routine too! >O WTF! >O I'm sad though, 'cause they might get first.. ;_; I can handle second, I guess, but third is not good enough anymore. >O

Hoover UDT was pretty boring. I mean, they tried, but they were offstep sometimes and started too close to the front 'cause they were right up at the curb basically the whole time. I don't think they'll place.

aznearthdragon and Daniel said that Patrick Henry's UDT doesn't even deserve to place 'cause they said that there was a girl who looked like she didn't even want to be there and was basically just standing around the whole time.

After the competition was over, went to the range to change, then said bye to people and then left. Went to Mission Valley and just walked around for a while looking for shoes.. Didn't really find anything.. Later, was looking for hair stuff, but they were all expensive and stuff.. Like the things I wanted were at least $10! x_x


After that, went home and that's about it.

Today was Squad and Platoon. Woke up at about 5:30 and got ready and ate some toast. Was gonna transfer some old pictures from the camera onto the computer before we left in the morning, but our parents were yelling at us to go out and warm the car and leave 'cause "it's foggy" and all this other junk. x_x So just quickly gathered our stuff and was shooed outta the house at 6:20. x_x Just stayed in the car for a while before we left for school. Yes, we actually got to drive. Be amazed at aznearthdragon's convincing skillz. XP

Got to school at about 6:45. Ana, Panyerz, and some other girl were there and later on, Castelan and Tran. It finally turned to 7:00 and no one else came ((except Martinez)) and Col. was like, "How many do they get if they're late?" and Ana was like, "Five!" and then we decided the leaders would get ten, lol. Then Russell came in a minute late, so he got five. Then a LONG time AKA five minutes later, Eric came and he got fifty, since he is the platoon leader for Squad and Platoon. Nadia came about a minute after him and so did Yann. They got 30. Then a whole bunch of other people came and yeah. They had to do so much, lol. Teng got the most with 80 push-ups ((eight minutes late)). XP But yeah.. Victoria kinda made me mad 'cause we told her she had to do 35 for being seven minutes late and she was all like, "What? Why?" and then we told her she was late and she was like, "But I called!" and I was like, "Huh?" and she was like, "I called Cathy!" and I was thinking, 'So what?' but I said, "She got push-ups too" and then finally she dropped, but you could tell she was pissed off at us. I mean, come on now! She was the one who was late! Calling doesn't mean anything since almost everyone got push-ups, ya know?

Anywayz.. Just hung around.. Then later asked Nadia to do my hair. Took a while and other people were getting their hair done too ((Unarmed people, you know, lol)) and then Eric was all like, "Fall in by 7:30" and stuff and they weren't done. Finally at about 7:45, went out there and practiced.. Later on, stopped practicing and ate food.. Yucky egg mcmuffins. x_x Later on, went out to practice some more and had to change by squads. First squad was last. Had to change in the classroom.. It took me like, five minutes to change 'cause of the stupid shirt stays! >O Damned things. I know that any girl who read the last sentence or whatever was thinking at the first part, "Only five minutes?!" and when they got to the part after the "'cause" they were confused, lol. XP But yeah.. I'm a fast changer and can probably get in uniform in under two minutes, not that I ever time myself. XP But yeah.. After we changed, went out and practiced once more and then went on the bus and left.

Got to Madison and practiced a bit in the first parking lot area before going over to the other parking lot area where they had the competition. Found out that Col. Jackowski and Col. Cookson were the judges 'cause the marines didn't show. Apparently, we have a better chance at placing because of that ((I can understand where that's coming from..)) but yeah.. We suck, so it doesn't really matter, right? XP But yeah..

First we did platoon drill. It was okay, I guess. No major mistakes from me, but there was something crappy that happened which is essentially a mistake. x_x We had to order arms before a left face and eyes right, but like, when I order arms, the stupid thingy got caught on my nametag and I was like, kinda leaning forward on my right side 'cause of it and my rifle was like, a million feet higher than every one elses' on the first count and then, like, everyone was already down and I was still trying to inconspicuously get my rifle to order arms without doing any extra movements. Lemme tell ya, it was hella hard! And I lagged. I mean, I don't THINK it was all that noticeable, but I can't be sure, ya know? x_x But yeah.. Other than that, it was okay, I guess.. Not great though.

Afterwards, did squad drill. I think we were okay, but it was pretty pathetic 'cause seriously.. We sucked anyway. Our alignment was bad. x_x BLAH! Whateverz.

After we were done, watched Morse and then we had to go.

Got back to school around 11:00 or something like that. Changed and just hung around for a few, then around 11:30, headed home.

At home, didn't really do anything.. At around 1:30 went to Wal-Mart then Target then Sears Essentials then home.

That's about all.. BLAH! Oh yeah, I also got sunburnt 'cause I didn't have time to put on sunscreen today! >O I'm so mad! ;_;

Also.. Didn't do any homework today. x_x I need to do it tomorrow, along with a bunch of scholarships. *sigh* Sucks being so busy.. Lates.
